A successful sale of your current property for maximum profit you need more than what the average agent does, which is lists your home in MLS and prays. You need a Full Marketing Plan and Expert Negotiation.

Negotiating Offers & Terms
One of our biggest jobs when working. onyour behalf is negotiating the best terms and highest sale price possible. 80% of negotiating happens before offers are even written, work with a team that understands the nuances of proper communication and negotiation from beginning to end.
Step Five
Escrow & Identification Period
If you are executing a forward or traditional 1031 exchange you have 45 days to identify from the close of escrow and 180 days to close on your new properties. When you work with us you effectively extend that identifcation period to 60 days or more giving you more piece of mind. Ask us how!
Step Six
Closing, Tenant Placement, & Cashflow
Upon the close of escrow on your new or “down leg” properties your next step is find renters. This can be accomplished by working with one of our property management partners or some investors decide to list the property for rent themselves. Once your renters are in, you sit back and collect the cash-flow!
